the clothing was done when promised & at the estimated cost & looks great!!
It was a very nice experience dropping off my daughters wedding dress for preservation. The customer service person was very helpful in explaining exactly what will happen and offered me the opportunity to see the dress before being placed in a preservative box and sealed. I haven't seen it as yet because it will be another few weeks before it is ready.
Your team, the office and the condition of how my clothes are returned is always exemplary.
