I felt they are expensive. Considering I can get my work labcoat laundered and starched at other places for $2 less. That extra $2 times my 4 coats adds up! Sure, you might say it'sa different or better process. This is a time when everyone is looking for quality at the least cost.

I am not completely satisfied with the cleaning. I gave my wife's coat for cleaning and got back the coat with all the stains as is. I was given the initial quote and was charged an extra amount when I went to collect it (since the head cap was removable and it was counted separate during the billing without informing me). And I think the rate was very expensive.
We were rushing to drop off my boyfriends suite to be dry cleaned. As we were pulling up the employees were shutting the doors to close down for the day. They did not turn us away. They took our order, and had big smiles and great attitudes. I have never had a bad experience with Dublin Cleaners.
Efficiency at its best! Dropping off and picking up! Everyone is pleasant and smiling, even at 7am when the doors open. I'm new to the area, and already I'm a big fan. Plus my clothes are well take care of. Luv the email reminders.
