Quick service, nicely cleaned suits.
I go to the Dublin Cleaners in Powell and have since we moved here in 1998. They are always friendly, helpful and want to please. In the entire 16 years I have been going there they only lost one of my husband's shirts and they immediately reimbursed us for it with no hassle at all. What I really appreciate about them is how "Community Minded" they are as they are very generous with fund raisers here in Powell. Their quality of work is top notch and the owners are just downright good people.
Always a seemless transaction. Garments are cleaned well and turnaround is quick. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our only drycleaner.

I brought in my daughter-in-law wedding dress, you museum cared her dress. I love the personal note that was placed in with her dress. It was kind of you to call and let me know about the cleaning of the dress and offering us the opportunity to come by and look at the dress before you boxed. All my dry cleaning was done on time and the two ladies working the front there at the Frantz Road location were simply great! Very personable and nice!! I was in and out in a short period of time. So far, all the cleaning looks good - haven't looked at my duvet yet.

When I arrived to pick up my items, the cashier was telling the customer ahead of me that, after she had entered many other items for him into the computer, she couldn't promise him his final item by the following week. She was very emotional and unwilling to compromise. Another worker, obviously a manager, came to the customer's aid and said he would make sure the item was returned in the time requested.
