Suit coat had to be PRESSED again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The service was fine and the personal was courteous. I found the prices to be extremely high. I have used a dry cleaner in Raynham for years but thought your location in Lakeville to be convenient. Their costs are much lower. Customers should be told the charges at drop off.
Just a terrible dry cleaner. Terrible quality of work. No care or consideration for its customers. Why would you spend your money with them?
Dermody tore the king sized comforter we asked them to clean. The size of the tear was pretty big. On the same order, they creased my shirt in the back in two different areas. This follows a recent cleaning where they tore my wife’s silk dress and when she confronted them about the tear, they claimed the dress came in torn. It wasn’t. And it didn’t.
My suit jacket was unstitched at the bottom. Not sure what happened but I picked up the suit for a meeting and had to leave the jacket in the car.
Dermody is my second experience with home pick up service. The first company Intried was not reliable. Dermody has been great. Very reliable, consistent and great communication with holiday weeks and schedule changes due to inclement weather and such. Keep up the good work!
I needed a tuxedo cleaned in 24 hours. Got the email that it was done in under 24! Also expected it to be pricey-almost the same cost as my previous dry cleaner. Dermody is my new dry cleaner!

I asked for a clean and press on a button shirt. And it was cleaned but not pressed. It was still extremely wrinkly.
