Linda is always a pleasure
The seamstress is rude and unprofessional. I had questions regarding alterations she told me to go somewhere else because she is the only person and she didn’t want to do anything that wasn’t simple. I do not recommend them at all.
Dropped of 6 shirts on May 30 and have not received a bill as yet so I have no idea how much I will have to pay.
I am very unhappy with the clerk at the Lakeville branch. I just dropped out two items for dry clean and one for alterations, She is incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Disagreeable about whether to take my dry clean items . Only when I said that I get these cleaned every year did she take them but she made me sign an agreement. She also was unhelpful when I tried to use the coupon you sent out this morning. She does not know how to speak with people and be pleasant. She has the same attitude every time I deal with her. Lost my fucking cloths the day before a wedding you people fucking suck. And I’ll tell everyone I can on social about it
I got my white capri pants some white shorts white net shaw cleaned and they came back pinkish red and my clothes will never be white again you dont separate the clothes you throw everything together whites with colors i will never come back to this cleaners again !
I put my capris in and they came out pink when they were white when i got them back agaain they still looked a little pink they still were not white as they were when i put them in the cleaners, so i will never use this cleaners again
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and absolutely ridiculous pricing. Will never use again or recommend.

Picked up my dry cleaning yesterday and asked about the discounts for April. I was told there wasn't one. When I got back in my car I checked my email and there was a 10 percent promotion for April so I went back inside to show the attendant. I was told since I didn't present it when I dropped off the laundry I couldn't use the discount, but there isn't anything in the promotion that indicates that. I won't be going back.
