The gentleman at the Taunton dry cleaners branch went above and beyond to get my dry cleaning order ready for the Tuesday pick up at the County Street cleaners.
Way too expensive. $8.18 for one shirt !
One item I had claimed there was a jacket it was very good but the zipper is malfunctioned I don't believe it was an issue before I brought it there I've had several items cleaned there without any issue this is a problem it was my deceased son's jacket
Shirts were wrinkled.

Customer service received on location & delivery was satisfactory. However, I requested a down alternative featherbed (allergy reasons) dry cleaned. I used Dermody for years in the past as did my husband. We switched to Zoots years ago due to dry cleaning issues with Dermody. A brand new woolen scarf coming home in a suitcase which also contained a bottle of red wine. The bottle broke and soaked the garment in several places. Took it to Dermody cleaners and in one day I got it back. No stains, no red wine odor and no chemical cleaning odor-instead a subtle floral fragrance. I’ll take all my cleaning to them!
I had to wait for along time to get my change the cash register was not working . The attendant finally had to count the money manually.
I was shocked that one dress and cardigan sweater cost $30 to clean, especially when I was told that the dress cost more to clean because it had white on it and it was lined. It is a patterned dress and there is very little white. No one informed me of this when I dropped it off.
