The cleaning service was prompt and very good. The customer service from the company was not good at all. I have attempted 2 times to have an email question answered since July 12 after I picked up and order for which the coupon discount was not applied properly. I was told that the computer does the discounting and it cannot be changed. We have been using Dermody Cleaners for over 5 years. I was hoping to have this problem straightened out before sending a review.
Whether it’s household items, i.e. bedspreads or heavy comforters or drapes to Harry’s dress shirts for work, we’ve never had a negative issue in our 50+ years with Dermody Cleaners. Never!
You went up on your prices AGAIN in a short time. Ridiculous.
Been bringing to you dry cleaning for many years. Never have I seen such an obscene charge as the on I just picked up. 6 small table cloths for 116.00 with your 30 % coupon. Very high charge that was not made aware of at drop off.
Very professional, I left in 2 pairs of jeans to get shortened Tuesday morning At 11:10am the lady said pick up Monday but they could be ready before that They would email me 2:30pm they where all set for pick up The fastest turn around I have ever had Great job.

I am consistently disappointed with anything white or light colored- always comes back looking dingy.
Fine . . . clothing were picked up the week prior and returned clean and neatly hung right by our front door.
$9.40 for a poly blazer? Twice as much as I paid previously with other owners. Twice as much as other cleaners advertised prices.
I keep getting emails to put out my laundry for pickup but nobody ever pickups. The bag sits there all day. Your email says dry cleaning. I guess that means you do not pickup clothes that have to be laundered. You can cancel me from your pickup service and emails. 21 Hodges Ave., Apt. 201, Taunton
