Tell Dorchester to answer the phone and tell them to call people back. I have called twice asking how much my card was charged. Nothing.

I came for the first time as a dry cleaning customer in September with a large number of items. Long story short, they had me leave my dry cleaning in my own bag that I brought in, lost my bag, and never followed up/never found it. I can’t recommend unprofessional services.

-I drop off my poncho for dry cleaning Friday. -I'm given the expectation that it will be ready for pick up by 5 pm Saturday . -I stop by Sunday to pick up. But it isn't ready. I ask when I can expect it to be ready. I'm told by 5 pm Monday. -I get call Monday saying it's not ready. -I get ready for pickup email Tuesday. -I pick up Wednesday and they can't find my poncho. -she says it's misfiled and she has to search through all the cloths to find it. -She's still searching for it as I type this feedback. My suits keep getting unstiched while being drycleaned at your Dorchester Ave store. I have had three suits in four trips that need tailoring after picking up from dry cleaning. This is very inconvinient and time consuming, please concider using more care.

While the staff were very friendly and informative, they returned a shirt to me with a large rip in the sleeve. I'll be returning to the store to work this out, but otherwise everything came out perfectly.

Brought a ton of things here after reading the reviews and on the recommendation of my neighbor and was completely and utterly happy with the results. My previous dry cleaner literally did not clean my clothes and/or said he could not get some stains out...I'm serious I think they just folded the sweaters and place them in a bag still dirty! These guys got everything out and my sweaters are unbelievable clean! Guess I did not realize how bad the last place was...you guys have a new customer....please don't change!

I asked when I dropped my order off that my pants not be creased. I confirmed again before I left with the woman who took in my order. It also says in my profile not to put creases in pants that don't already have a crease. I have had this problem a few times in the past, and you have offered to press the creases out, but you inevitably still see the crease. Essentially the pants end up being ruined. I dropped a dress off to be re-hemmed and then cleaned. When I picked it up, I noticed stains on it that weren't there when I dropped it off. I asked for it to be recleaned and when I went back the stains were still there. I was told I would need to return a third time for my issue to be resolved. The dress is not worth three trips to the dry cleaner and the appx $30 I was charged. I have never been so disappointed with a simple service before. The girl working the counter was completely useless.
