My hoodie came back with a lot of lint
Hoodie came back with a lot of lint still on it.
Went to Dorchester today to pick up my order, because, i ask why ask for press only, i was charge for cleaning, some called Francisco in his native language to come out. He he came to the counter and start saying you allways have issue. Like i told them if they are following my instruction they'll be no issue. My $2000 winter coat from monicker which is only half year old was totally broken after I got it back today. This was the most disturbing experience I ever had on laundry. Besides there is still one shirt not delivered since i drop it off last Wednesday. This is really horrible.
I dropped off my suit jacket and I was told it would be done Sunday because the Tailor was in on Saturday. It was not done on Sunday and I was unable to wear it that following Monday for an event.
Dependable Cleaners gets all my laundry, dry cleaning, and tailoring! Enough said!
Maybe not completely the dry cleaners fault but my jacket was left in a friends car who smokes and I brought it to dependables to take out the smell but when I got it back, it still smelled like cigarettes ☹️
My expensive Zara coat with fur was lost and no one will return phone calls!!! Have gone in-person twice and keep being told "someone will call you tomorrow" which has yet to happen. UNREAL.
On a Thursday I dropped off jeans that needed to be patched and I needed for Monday. I was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I showed up on Monday I was told they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I had to go home (not a planned stop) to get something else to wear which caused me to be late. For that I was charged $22.16 One unhappy customer who will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
