Brought a ton of things here after reading the reviews and on the recommendation of my neighbor and was completely and utterly happy with the results. My previous dry cleaner literally did not clean my clothes and/or said he could not get some stains out...I'm serious I think they just folded the sweaters and place them in a bag still dirty! These guys got everything out and my sweaters are unbelievable clean! Guess I did not realize how bad the last place was...you guys have a new customer....please don't change!
I asked when I dropped my order off that my pants not be creased. I confirmed again before I left with the woman who took in my order. It also says in my profile not to put creases in pants that don't already have a crease. I have had this problem a few times in the past, and you have offered to press the creases out, but you inevitably still see the crease. Essentially the pants end up being ruined. I dropped a dress off to be re-hemmed and then cleaned. When I picked it up, I noticed stains on it that weren't there when I dropped it off. I asked for it to be recleaned and when I went back the stains were still there. I was told I would need to return a third time for my issue to be resolved. The dress is not worth three trips to the dry cleaner and the appx $30 I was charged. I have never been so disappointed with a simple service before. The girl working the counter was completely useless.

They did not clean my shirt then I had to wait 2 days for them to try it again then they still didn't get it done right. Just took my shirt and left the manager never called me back either. Worse service ever
I dropped off a couch cushion cover to be cleaned. A few days later on 1/18, I got an email saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and it looked like it hadn't been touched. I asked for it to be cleaned again and 10 days later still have not heard back about it. The people at the store have been nice when I've been in, but I am not sure what's going on with the cleaning and follow-up.
My leather jacket came out looking great, as it should for $50 bucks. However, you advertise holiday's 20% off cleaning clothes, coats, etc.. But when I called and asked if I can bring my small leather jacket, I was told that it doesn't qualify because it's leather. The e-mail offer didn't say anything about exclusion of leather items. Not happy about that!
Had to leave a shirt behind to get rewashed, found dirt marks I could scratch off with my nails on my work shirt. 3rd shirt was clean other than that people where friendly and nice
they've lost shirts but found them weeks later.. I've received other people's stuff.. super friendly at check in though and always keep me in the loop
