Mattress cover ripped open, no phone call about the damage, they found it stuffed into a bin at the tailor with stuffing out of the cover... no call to me to discuss Still waiting for someone to call- it’s ruined
Dry cleaning service cleaned my suit jacket really well
I went to put in elastic for 3 items and I was charged $65. The items were NOT worth that much.
Absolutely did not clean my jacket !
I went for a dry clean. My zipper and one of my sleeve still had stuff there I had to re clean it home. I paid 55$ for nothing. Never again. I wasn’t clean at all I could have done it myself!
I asked for a receipt to show what my transaction had been. I was told instead I would be emailed one. I was emailed a credit card summary. I responded to that email and asked for a detailed transaction receipt. I was sent nothing.
