I've been coming to this cleaner since 2002 and would not go anywhere else. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars it's because people uses the paring lot to go to the stores next door and when I get there... There's no place to park. Other than that I love it!!!

It wasn't my first time with Dependable, just new to that dorchester location. Initial concern, no pricing posted, my new garments doubled because I wanted them hemed but she said because they had to cut them it was more, she pulled off my tags threw my extra buttons away, never asked. Double the price for a jumpsuit as well to over 30 dollars because, it was a jumpsuit to "cut". Terrible, very terrible! I was insulted by a girl staff simply because they don't understand what I am saying and I demanded for apology, the young girl said over her dead body, I tried to reach any higher authority in the company, they told me that I am wasting my time and truly I discovered nothing can be done about it . I was nonplussed. I think I consider that company a terrible organization were office ethics and standards are totally out of place. It's a shame!
