I went for a dry clean. My zipper and one of my sleeve still had stuff there I had to re clean it home. I paid 55$ for nothing. Never again. I wasn’t clean at all I could have done it myself!
I asked for a receipt to show what my transaction had been. I was told instead I would be emailed one. I was emailed a credit card summary. I responded to that email and asked for a detailed transaction receipt. I was sent nothing.
I dropped off my clothes at 10am and tje sign said ready by 5pm same day. It took 4pm the following day to be ready. No happy about that part.
I had almost 2 months to call and go to the laundry because of 1 jacket, and they always told me something new and different dates to get the jacket, and I live in Brockton, I had to make several trips on purpose just to know if the jacket was ready.. they hardly answer calls .. and they didn't even call to say if the jacket was ready..
Very disappointed, I forgot to take my wallet out my police uniform and I went to pick it up today. I received my wallet and when I looked inside, the cash was gone. Never expected that from the employees there.
I’ve never heard of a dry cleaner not using heavy starch by request on demon jeans for a firm crease, like what kind of place doesn’t accommodate a simple request such as this. Never using them again my crease wasn’t even visible after one wear 20 bucks is a lot of money to spend for nothing.
No one called me to tell me my coat was ready and i was told i would get a receipt on my email and nothing at all . The communication was very poor
The zipper repair was overcharge they did not replace the original zipper with a newer zipper but charged me as of it was totally replaced. The zipper was plastic and could not zip all the way and bloke as I tried to zip. I had two zippers replaced one a real zipper that was totally replaced the cost was $55.00 and the plastic zipper same charge 55.00. I am so disappointed.
