Dependable Cleaners in Dorchester is outstanding! The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent but what really distinguishes this branch is its friendly and helpful staff. They greet their customers with a smile and by name! Yes, Francisco and Ashley learn the names of their customers really quickly! And they go out of their way to assist in any situation. Recommend highly!
For the most part a very reliable cleaners. At time attention to detail and sense of urgency are things that fall short.
My experience is always good except when I can't find any parking. Just wish they had a contract with a tow company to tow those people who uses the dependable parking lot to go to stores in the area.
I am always greeted by name and with a smile. Nicole, Gina and the other hard working staff at the Braintree location are all top notch!
