I had a shirt lost (and found eventually) when I just left my red bag... I tried to get an itemized receipt the next time and was told just to fill out the slip myself. It would be great to be able to get an itemized receipt if I want one. I have been very pleased with Dependable Cleaners, but losing a shirt would be a big deal for me. I am a little nervous since it almost happened.
I am very pleased with the service and quality work I receive every time I bring my clothes to dependable cleaners. I have been a customer with Dependable cleaners some time now and I highly recommend Dependable cleaners to my co-workers and family.

first time, they forgot to do the prepaid tailoring for me. second time I found my dry cleaned t shirt is not clean inside.
The team at that location is always great, many of them even great me by name. I am always particularly impressed by Carlos who finds my order before I even reach the counter.
