Great people, but one of my shirts was misplaced. I was supposed to get an email as discussed with the associate that helped me. No communication yet. I have been a customer for years mostly out of convience, but wonder why I keep going back with so many competitors. One area which is almost always hit or miss is that when I have slacks pressed they are often pleated next to the old pleat creating "train tracks". I then in turn need to bring them back. Sittig outside Scituate location. 8:04A on Wed morn and not open. I have a funeral this morning at 9:15A in Quincy and my clothes are behind locked doors. I amnot alone !! Cant reach corporate. Voice mail....... Called Cohasset and they are trying to help. This situation is not good.
3rd jam you out me in this past 5 weeks. Clothes in 2 times before 9 no show. Very tough to rely when I travel. Also not good when store doesn't open as advertised. Sometimes after 8! Proverbial jam me up once shame on you. Jam me up more than a few times shame on me! As a long time customer with 5 figure dollars in biz it's too bad. Lapels is now in cohasset!
My blazer came back with a huge spot on the back that was never there. The jacket is unwearable!! I dont know what you did but the fabric is different and there is a huge round spot on the back of the blazer that was never there. I would like someone to contact me as this is totally unacceptable. The jacket is ruined.
I was pretty disappointed about my latest pickup. The store opened almost 20 minutes late, so I missed my 7:10 train from N Scituate after getting there early because i needed my blazer for a job interview. Additionally, 3 shirts were not there and the explanation was one (1) of them had a stain (which it turned out it did not). Why hold up all three anyway!! I use you guys regularly, and after some initial hiccups you've been consistent. This bummed me out, and made me start to consider a change.
I had to have my coat redone not cleaned or pressed. My pants came back with stains.
Left shirts for laundering and a sweater for dry cleaning. Returned following day as promised. Only complaint: no price on claim check nor any price quote prior to pickup.
I brought my husbands shirts and Sports jacket down to the Dependable Cleaners in No. Scituate, on Monday, May 10th. I will take the time to first of all, to commend Lidia who was a great help. I went to pick up the shirts and jacket today. with a note saying they saw that a button was missing, and they sewed it back on. There was no button sewd on, and the inside of the jacket lapel had a very obvious stain. There was no dry cleaning done or button sewd on. Regards, Debby Wenzler
The store attendants are always polite and respectful. One thing I wish they would not say, "please feel free to check over your order.". I pick up my husbands clothes. I would not notice any mistakes or errors.... I usually just ignore that statement - which makes me feel uncomfortable. Not a big deal, but it is uncomfortable.
