The people that work and run this location are always amazingly friendly and go out of their way to make everything the way it should be. They all know me by name and my preferences on cleaning. In fact, I had a pair of suit pants tailored the same day! I never get that level of service anywhere. Absolutely the best place to get my clothes cleaned and tailored!
I was greeted courteously, and my order was processed quickly and accurately. (I was having my favorite white trousers cleaned.) When I picked them I was again greeted warmly, and invited to inspect my order before I left. My trousers were sparkling white, and crisply pleated, just the way I'd asked. I couldn't be happier with the work.

I had a shirt lost (and found eventually) when I just left my red bag... I tried to get an itemized receipt the next time and was told just to fill out the slip myself. It would be great to be able to get an itemized receipt if I want one. I have been very pleased with Dependable Cleaners, but losing a shirt would be a big deal for me. I am a little nervous since it almost happened.
