It is always a pleasure to enter Dependable. My most recent order was specifically tagged for stains - that I didn't mention. The stains were gone and service was great.
I enjoy the total attention that all the employees pay to the customer. I drop off early in the morning and my order is always done the same day, i may not pickup every time the same day but i know it is ready. Several times have have left crdit cards in my pockets and i get a phone to inform me and it is always locked in the safe,

The people at the Hanover store are great, top notch! And, I like the hard candy, always a treat.
Your personnel are excellent. I am always greeted warmly and quickly. My only complaint is double pleats in my pants. I ask every time, the intake employees make special tags but still I end up with double pleats. HELP!
I go to the Hanover location. I have been for maybe 20 years. The employees are always happy and welcoming . They know me by name.mthe service is excellent and in one case I the sent a shirt back to be redone and I didn't even ask. They went beyond what I expected. Great customer service. I hope you pay them well
Pleasant friendly service
This is the best cleaners! The staff is always so friendly, accommodating and professional. I would and do recommend them to anyone that is in need of a dry cleaner. I live two towns over and still use Dependable.
