Wonderful service - leave the bag on porch and it gets picked up - Cleaned clothing gets dropped off 4 days later - One less task I have on my plate. The cleaning quality is excellent!
Recently there was a mistake with our delivery service. The order was not picked up on one day and on another day we received two items that did not belong to us. I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but I am giving a rating of 5 stars for the way this matter was handled by Dependable Cleaners staff. I received a phone call from the manager and the driver after notifying Dependable Cleaners of the mistake.
