The ladies (Kerry, Susan and Amy) in your Hingham Store are always very helpful - I have been frustrated with your NEW computer system which has had some glitches. Kerry in particular help me get a correct slip and apply the proper discounts to my order. I am a long time customer and love the Sunday option (a feature that first brought me to Dependable).

I dropped off and picked up my dry cleaning. I also inquired about my wife's missing black dress. Still looking for it, I was told. The folks at this location are always friendly, patient and courteous!
Always a cheerful and very pleasant experience. Staff always respectful, courteous, and asks if my clothing items are to my satisfaction. Your store manager, Delane (? spell) is a gifted and very special leader. She sets the 'tone' in leadership and through her actions, she exemplifies the essence of quality customer service. Good service. Never have a problem. Items come back clean and timely, as promised.
I believe the girl's name is Rachel that has helped me the last few times and she is extremely friendly, takes the time to ask if there are special instructions and then listens to what I'm saying. She has excellent customer service. I also recently realized that there was a message on my garment that the stains couldn't be removed but if I sent it back for a couple of days DC would try again to remove the stains free of additional charge.
