I was pleasantly surprised to find my dress, which needed hemming with my pick up yesterday! It was supposed to take 5 days, which seemed more than reasonable and instead it was completed in just 2 days! Thank you so much!!
In general I like Dependable. However from time to time the pressing of my dress shirts isn't up to my satisfaction. The underside of the button hole area of the shirt is often is pressed and often the tail of the shirt isn't pressed nicely which isn't optimal when i want to wear my shirt untucked.
Dependable is always just that...dependable. The staff is always great and pleasant and on the ball. Service couldn't be better and the convenience of it all makes it easy all around. I wouldn't think to go to another place besides Dependable. You really live up to the name.

The people that work and run this location are always amazingly friendly and go out of their way to make everything the way it should be. They all know me by name and my preferences on cleaning. In fact, I had a pair of suit pants tailored the same day! I never get that level of service anywhere. Absolutely the best place to get my clothes cleaned and tailored!
I was greeted courteously, and my order was processed quickly and accurately. (I was having my favorite white trousers cleaned.) When I picked them I was again greeted warmly, and invited to inspect my order before I left. My trousers were sparkling white, and crisply pleated, just the way I'd asked. I couldn't be happier with the work.
