Very pleasurable experience
I just dropped off some hangers and the VIP bag. The two young women working were very friendly but neither was wearing a name tag so I do not know who they were. The window boxes were beautiful.

Great job with my wedding dress - the thank you card was a nice personal touch. Also appreciated the next day service for my dry cleaning. Getting emails is great - I don't forget it that way. A bit pricey but it's in/near an expensive neighborhood and the quality is good.
