Great customer service as always!
The Hanover Team has great customer Service. Sam (short for Samantha I believe) always remembers my name and my phone number. She is always pleasant and smiling. Whenever I have a stain that can't come out , I have confidence to take it there.
Always a positive experience; very easy to quickly drop clothing off and pick up without a hassle. Convenient hours as well - the weekend hours are much appreciated, as it's often tough for me to get in during the week.

I dropped off the kilts that were worn at my wedding along with all the accessories and they came out great. Dependable cleaners made sure all the cake and whatever else that was on the outfits disappear. I can't wait to see what my dress looks like after they finish cleaning and preserving it.

I usually receive very good service. Only complaint is that sometimes the receipt is confusing. For example, two items might be combined on one line.
