I was met with courtesy and given the proper instructions going forward on how to use the services, and drop off and pick up my items. All very good. Will see when I get my shirts back :-) but so far so good
The day before I was going to a wedding, I realized my blue blazer had a stain on it from six months ago. Carlos (I think that was his name/young front desk guy) explained he would try to have the blazer ready by the next day. It was!! Looked great!! Carlos was so helpful and professional.
I'm always pleased by the friendly service and prompt turnaround. The work is done on-premises, reducing the chance that clothes will be lost. Clothes are treated gently and last longer than with other cleaners.
a bit more than I expected to pay, one more day longer than they promised but overall great service.
The home pick-ups and drop-offs are, well, dependable. When I happen to run into the driver, he is always very pleasant and professional. The service work out well.

I love all the employees @ the Adams St site! They're always upbeat & helpful. I have to admit, I'm upset that Caroline is no longer there! She was the best & my favorite!! I started out @ Quincy Ave location, however after fire started going to Adams. Because of Caroline I stayed there!
Great service, a little more expensive then my usual place but still great work!
