The store representative was below par as compared wth the other warm, helpful representatives that I had worked with previously. He was annoyed that I did not know how many shirts I was bringing in for cleaning and did not make any attempt to count the shirts. He just repeated the question, what was I bringing in and impatiently waited for me to count the shirts. Also, I had to ask him several times to check on what I had to pIck up

Your staff is friendly. Your service is generally good. Still intermittent issues with starch staining cotton shirts. Also, there tends be too many "redos.". Pricing is definitely on the high side.
Missing button on a shirt was replaced without even asking, you guys are the best!
