As always, the staff was beyond courteous and even though there were extra clothes mixed in with my order, the associate went through each receipt to make sure that I was not being overcharged. I was also given a $10 certificate based on the number of garments that I had dropped off. The Dependable is just that – simply terrific.

Service definitely seems to be getting better. Wish there was a better way to just credit my account with the $10 credit - and with all the coupons. Between my wife and I we spend over $400 here in month -
What's not to like about dependable cleaners. you are always greeted with a smile they are very polite and are "all about customer service" I have been a customer there for 15 years. The staff is attentive and take the time to listen to your needs. If you are not satisfied with the clothes that you receive they get cleaned again no questions asked. They are that great !
It was as professional as I expect from my cleaners.
