As always, I dropped off my express bag on the run. I was cheerfully greeted when I entered and told immediately when my clothes would be ready (after 5 that day). My daughter came by the next day to pick up my order. My clothes were cleaned properly, my credit card had been charged, everything went just as smoothly as it should. It's nice to have some things be so reliable that you don't have to worry about them. Keep up the good work!
The seasoned lady behind your counter in the Hingham store is truly an ace. If I had a business to run, I would hire her away. She is the only clerk who knows my name when I walk in and is always sharp as a tack. Talk to the help there and you'll know the one to promote. She makes you look good.
My clothes were ready on time and in great shape. The staff in the Hingham branch is very pleasant and wonderful to deal with.

Lynn was extremely attentive and professional when I called her about getting my wedding dress steamed before the big day. Given the short time frame between the last fitting and the wedding, most places would not do the work, nor did they have the equipment.
