The seasoned lady behind your counter in the Hingham store is truly an ace. If I had a business to run, I would hire her away. She is the only clerk who knows my name when I walk in and is always sharp as a tack. Talk to the help there and you'll know the one to promote. She makes you look good.
My clothes were ready on time and in great shape. The staff in the Hingham branch is very pleasant and wonderful to deal with.

Lynn was extremely attentive and professional when I called her about getting my wedding dress steamed before the big day. Given the short time frame between the last fitting and the wedding, most places would not do the work, nor did they have the equipment. Awesome service! The best dry cleaning and loyalty program experience so far.
The store representative was below par as compared wth the other warm, helpful representatives that I had worked with previously. He was annoyed that I did not know how many shirts I was bringing in for cleaning and did not make any attempt to count the shirts. He just repeated the question, what was I bringing in and impatiently waited for me to count the shirts. Also, I had to ask him several times to check on what I had to pIck up
