The tailor did a wonderful job at hemming my pants!
Overall I'm please with the service. The only issues I have had have been minor.
Very friendly employees, they even offered to help carry my items to my car (I did have over 10 items). They also sent a hand written thank you note to my house for choosing them. That was a nice touch as hand written notes are hard to come by in the year 2015. I'll definitely go back as they were convenient, friendly and the service provided was good quality.

Has been great experience so far in terms of pick-up/delivery:-) Collars in men's shirt most of time come back ironed/folded in a wrong way and wrinkled. We requested avoid specifically that but haven't seen an improvement so far. But because of the convenience and a friendly pick-up/delivery person we have not changed the service yet.
Always on time, polite delivery drivers, professionally-done laundry and dry-cleaning. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. I called the service to say that I had forgotten to leave our clothing out and the delivery person had already left the previous load. He immediately returned and picked up the clothing. Could not be better.
