I have to say I have not been disappointed since going to Dependable Cleaners. The quality of work, customer service, and having orders ready when told they would be has been great. Reason for 4 stars is the price. I noticed the prices have gone up. If there were more incentives given for long time and frequent customers it would be appreciated. I know you have the $10.00 discount after so many points but that really now only covers 1 item.
I typically have a great experience, but my husband and I have been trying to sign up for pick up and delivery services for over a week and have not been able to get the right person. They always say they will call us back but never do. We want to continue being customers, but it's too far for us to walk to drop off!
You guys are the best! I love your staff, very friendly. Your service is awesome, recognizing things like missing buttons and fixing them.

Outstanding service. Clothes cleaned beautiffully
It was an excellent experience. I dropped off a suit to be dry-cleaned and tailored slightly, and they had a question about the tailoring. I received a call the day after I dropped the suit off and they made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted before commencing any work. Then, the altered garments were ready right on time.
Very pleasant help. Shirts in exactly when promised.
It was nice but the shirts should be hung so I didn't crutch and no body talk about free delivery which I red about on the web site Any way it is nice
It was an excellent experience. I dropped off my two jackets in the morning and was able to pick them up that very night after they'd been cleaned very well. I was very impressed by the friendly and attentive employees who helped me. Will go back.
