I recently moved to Cohasset and require a lot of dry cleaning (suits, shirts and slacks). I initially went to another dry cleaner in town and was seriously disappointed in their service. After that disappointing experience I was anxious to find the right place; my first visit to Dependable was excellent and my order came back exactly the way I expected and quality was high. I really appreciated getting the reminders that I had items waiting for me to pick up. It's so easy to forget, lose the slip, etc. Everyone I've met at Dependable Cleaners has been terrific.
I was hesitant for years to try Dependable because I though I should support small businesses. I was wrong! Everyday as my 504 bus went by I always saw a lot of activity. When I needed a bunch of things quickly for a trip in 3 days, I decided to give it a try. My 1st order, but I'm super satisfied.
