Great service at Hingham branch
I am always amazed at how professional and courteous the staff at DC are. Lidia, in particular, is one of the hardest working people I have ever met and about as genuinely nice a human being as I can imagine. I had to bring in tremendous amounts of clothing, linen, draperies for dry-cleaning and clothes for washing due to a flood in my apartment. Everyone who dealt with me at your Galen St. shop could not have been more helpful. I am most appreciative of the help in figuring out what was to be laundered and what could be dry cleaned. The Manager and Staff at the Rt53 Hanover location are always pleasant and efficient. After many years of hopping around drycleaners in the area I have been going to Dependable for at least 5 years now. There has never been an issue and they are always customer first. If I have an issue with a specific garment they address the problem quickly with no attitude or complaint. Thanks to the Team there for their conscientious service. They are a great example for how other retail businesses should be run.
The team at the Hanover dependable cleaners are wonderful. They know my name when I walk in & are always helpful & cheerful. My order is always ready for pick up when promised.
I find the staff at the Hingham Centre location very friendly and helpful :-) I feel like a valued customer.
The quality was great. It was ready on time. The only issue was that a sweater was coded as a coat and the rate was about double what it should have been. I caught the issue and the rate was changed.
