We use the DeZavala store and have always been more than satisfied with both the staff and the quality of the dry cleaning.
I dropped off a solid white Queen sized blanket to be dry cleaned. It did have some light stains, and normal dirt from usage. Customer service was great, service was fast, but I was surprised to find the blanket not as clean as I expected. There was still some "dingyness" on the edges where the blanket had brushed against the floor. I expected that some of the stains may not have been 100% removed, but was surprised that just regular dirt still remained.
