Although not officially incorporated until 1957, Comet Cleaner’s history dates all the way back to the 1920’s where founder R.L. “Jack” Godfrey opened his first dry cleaning store. Comet Cleaners has remained in the Godfrey family ever since, with Jack Godfrey, Jr. becoming the third generation to own and operate the franchise.

Experience was very good until this last time, where the price for a few normal items was extremely high! I like the service, but if this is the new pricing, it's over the top and I have to go with a more reasonable service provider

Great and fast service. I like to take clothes to Comet Cleaners at Hardin, McKinney for dry clean, wash and starch. They texted me when my clothes were ready to pick up.
Staff is always super friendly and kind. Prices are good, especially for the quality you receive. Everything is always spotless and never any lint or sign of our dog's hair, even on all black clothing. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
