Quality is good, prices are a little above average but what keeps me returning are the customer facing staff.staff.
I was supposed to get a 25% off deal but the woman at the front "forgot" and just said in the most insensitive way "Ohhhh sorwrrey" like I'm a child and didn't offer to refund the difference.

You need to lower your prices.
When I came to pick up my items on 11/07/24, the pants for my brand new designer suit were missing. The attendant gave me the rest of my garments but could not tell me what was going to happen with the missing item other than they would call me IF or when they found it. I received a call the next afternoon and was told my pants were found. When I picked them up, I was told I had to pay full price even though I had to take time out of my day to come back. Clothing is always in perfect condition, and staff is always very friendly. Prices are right in line with the quality you get. There are cheaper places, right down the street even, but they DO NOT offer the same quality of work. Not even close!! We've used 2 different Comet locations, depending on who's taking the dry cleaning with them that day. Both offer the same great service!
The lady who took my order was friendly, but wasn't very helpful or truthful. On March 8th I needed 4 pieces of clothing dry cleaned, and a small repair done on one pant leg. She told me the seamstress was unavailable right now, but that she would be back in a few days and could have my order ready by March 16. I told her that was fine and left. Then I noticed my ticket said I dropped Off 8 pieces of clothing where I only left 4 pieces. 3 days later I get a text saying my order was ready for pickup, which was strange because... read more
