Picked up my shirts but have not unwrapped them. MISSING BITTONS-WHY?

Drop off was fine. The lady told us we could pick up the following Tuesday morning. Our garments were not there on Tuesday morning. I received a rigorous chewing by a Hispanic woman telling me there were no garments processed on the weekend. She would not acknowledge that I was told to come pick them up on Tuesday morning. I received back a white linen woman’s top with a HOLE in it that was not there before. I shal NOT return to Comet cleaners again.
My brand new piece of clothing "NEVER WORN" was ruined. After working with Chris and his staff for 8 weeks is absurd - still no resolution. I have never had such awful service from Comet Cleaners after using Comet for over 20+ years in Helotes. I am terribly frustrated, disappointed and aggravated Chris lacks any customer service skills. Wasn’t given a receipt for my articles at drop off. Good way to not be held liable for lost clothing, which has happened to me multiple times. Also was shocked at the prices! $7 to dry clean a short sleeve shirt? Ridiculous!
I have a credit from the last time because they changed me for dry cleaning some shirts that were laundry. I didn’t get the credit this time and I even sent a note with my daughter for them. Maybe the credit was in my husband’s name. Idk, but on their slip it wait to customer first and verify the details. Never received a phone call or voicemail.
I have told you people multiple times, no starch in my shirts. But you continue to put starch in my shirts. And the last time it created a big rash on my neck. I will never use you again. #HighlyIncompetentService.
The best I just left slaters after 15 years was told about this place it's about 35 miles from my house in canyon lake They did exactly what they said at less cost I will happily drive the extra miles Paul Swoyer
