I have a credit from the last time because they changed me for dry cleaning some shirts that were laundry. I didn’t get the credit this time and I even sent a note with my daughter for them. Maybe the credit was in my husband’s name. Idk, but on their slip it wait to customer first and verify the details. Never received a phone call or voicemail.
I have told you people multiple times, no starch in my shirts. But you continue to put starch in my shirts. And the last time it created a big rash on my neck. I will never use you again. #HighlyIncompetentService.
The best I just left slaters after 15 years was told about this place it's about 35 miles from my house in canyon lake They did exactly what they said at less cost I will happily drive the extra miles Paul Swoyer

$10 for two men’s shirts?? Ridiculous- I understand that the dry cleaning business isn’t as competitive in new Braunfels as it was in Houston but I don’t need the plastic things under the collar or anything else the can pin $.50 or a dollar on. Thank goodness I’m retired
Last fall a green blouse of mine was lost. I gave extensive descriptions to two different attendants at the store near Dunkin Donuts. The last time I spoke to an attendant there she read my description as brown and white blouse when I asked if green blouse had been found. I’m sorry I quit going to Dave’s because of the convience of your store location. I’m back to Dave’s. They never lost anything. Mary Alice Altorfer
2 men’s shirts were laundry but charged as dry cleaning. They made it right but this is the second time that it happened. Three of the men’s shirts sleeves were not pressed very well and that was the main reason I took them in. I could have done a better job, but I didn’t want to iron. I will keep going to them only because they are convenient to my house.
My coats were a mess, they kept in contact with me that they had to keep the coats longer so they could work the stains. Every other day they contacted me to give me an update. I call this customer service!!!!!
