Turned in pants early Thursday supposed to be ready by pm went to pick up Friday not there be ready by 5 pm Friday went to pick up Saturday not here be ready Monday by 5pm where are my pants
Store looked closed. Dark inside and “Open” sign was not on. Drove up to pickup lane, I noted store hours, I was there mid afternoon. Door opened, inside was not clean, trash on floors, lady on couch on cell phone, to go containers on coffee table. Did not make a good impression.
Left a lot of white stuff on all my clothes
Picked up my shirts but have not unwrapped them. MISSING BITTONS-WHY?

Drop off was fine. The lady told us we could pick up the following Tuesday morning. Our garments were not there on Tuesday morning. I received a rigorous chewing by a Hispanic woman telling me there were no garments processed on the weekend. She would not acknowledge that I was told to come pick them up on Tuesday morning. I received back a white linen woman’s top with a HOLE in it that was not there before. I shal NOT return to Comet cleaners again.
My brand new piece of clothing "NEVER WORN" was ruined. After working with Chris and his staff for 8 weeks is absurd - still no resolution. I have never had such awful service from Comet Cleaners after using Comet for over 20+ years in Helotes. I am terribly frustrated, disappointed and aggravated Chris lacks any customer service skills. Wasn’t given a receipt for my articles at drop off. Good way to not be held liable for lost clothing, which has happened to me multiple times. Also was shocked at the prices! $7 to dry clean a short sleeve shirt? Ridiculous!
