Shirts were poorly pressed, collars were terrible !
Your price for a simple laundered shirt has sky rocketed and will be unaffordable to most. I will take my business elsewhere. $4.30 for a laundered shirt is out of bounds.
First time and last time using this dry cleaner. Dropped off 4 pieces for dry cleaning on Thursday and I was told it would be ready by Friday. I needed the clothes for a work trip the following Monday. When I went to pick up the items up on Saturday, I was told my order was “split” and one of my blouses was missing. Unsatisfactory to put it mildly.
I dropped off 8 table clothes to be pressed only. I had already laundered them. I asked for a price when I dropped them off and was told she couldn’t give it to me at that time. This should have been my first warning sign. Upon pick up, I was informed that my total was $210.00 - remember, I just wanted them ironed. I was flabbergasted to say the least! Went to pick up my order of 3 mns shirts, one dry clean and 2 launder. Dry clean shirt not ready though promised.! Of 2 launder shirts one priced at 7.88 and other at 4.13 made no sense. When questioned clerk said it’s a woman’s blouse. I said no it’s my husbands shirt please price it like other one. She had to call someone named April who proceeded to tell me about my history of using coupons, being a longtime customer etc. Yet did not want to fix price or tell me when I could get my dry clean shirt! I hate filling out these things
Turned in pants early Thursday supposed to be ready by pm went to pick up Friday not there be ready by 5 pm Friday went to pick up Saturday not here be ready Monday by 5pm where are my pants
Store looked closed. Dark inside and “Open” sign was not on. Drove up to pickup lane, I noted store hours, I was there mid afternoon. Door opened, inside was not clean, trash on floors, lady on couch on cell phone, to go containers on coffee table. Did not make a good impression.
Left a lot of white stuff on all my clothes
