Good customer service. Good job of cleaning comforter.
Advertisement says 24 hour service & I was supposed to receive a text when clothes were ready. I dropped off at opening & was told clothes would be ready in 2-3 days. I never received a text so I went 2 days later & retrieved. I didn’t check the clothes as they were bagged, but once we did we were very disappointed. There was a crease down the front of the shirt & the armpits were very wrinkly showing they weren’t touched at all. We selected medium starch, but what actually was starched obviously done heavy. Lured me in with false advertising e-mails saying 25% discount. But the fine line states only on dry cleaning, they charge very high prices to launder shirts. I cannot recommend this organization to anyone.
Shirts were poorly pressed, collars were terrible !
Your price for a simple laundered shirt has sky rocketed and will be unaffordable to most. I will take my business elsewhere. $4.30 for a laundered shirt is out of bounds.
First time and last time using this dry cleaner. Dropped off 4 pieces for dry cleaning on Thursday and I was told it would be ready by Friday. I needed the clothes for a work trip the following Monday. When I went to pick up the items up on Saturday, I was told my order was “split” and one of my blouses was missing. Unsatisfactory to put it mildly.
I dropped off 8 table clothes to be pressed only. I had already laundered them. I asked for a price when I dropped them off and was told she couldn’t give it to me at that time. This should have been my first warning sign. Upon pick up, I was informed that my total was $210.00 - remember, I just wanted them ironed. I was flabbergasted to say the least! Went to pick up my order of 3 mns shirts, one dry clean and 2 launder. Dry clean shirt not ready though promised.! Of 2 launder shirts one priced at 7.88 and other at 4.13 made no sense. When questioned clerk said it’s a woman’s blouse. I said no it’s my husbands shirt please price it like other one. She had to call someone named April who proceeded to tell me about my history of using coupons, being a longtime customer etc. Yet did not want to fix price or tell me when I could get my dry clean shirt!
