They were so welcoming and friendly!
The staff person working on the morning I dropped my clothing off was Katherine. She was absolutely superb at customer service. I would go out of my way to go to this cleaners, even if the price/quality weren't competitive (which they were), just because the experience was so good. Katherine is a gem.

Everyone was polite and courteous. I had to have some alterations done on a dress so I had to go in for a fitting before they could be done. When I went to pick the dress up after the alterations were done the seamstress did not even ask me to try it on. They were just going to give the dress to me without knowing if it fit properly after the alterations or not. I asked to try it on there.
