The staff person working on the morning I dropped my clothing off was Katherine. She was absolutely superb at customer service. I would go out of my way to go to this cleaners, even if the price/quality weren't competitive (which they were), just because the experience was so good. Katherine is a gem.

Great job on cleaning a hard to work with item--School Mascot. They cleaned and assessed its needs for future useability.
Everyone was polite and courteous. I had to have some alterations done on a dress so I had to go in for a fitting before they could be done. When I went to pick the dress up after the alterations were done the seamstress did not even ask me to try it on. They were just going to give the dress to me without knowing if it fit properly after the alterations or not. I asked to try it on there. Timely service.
My husband's shirts and pants get clean and smell good. However, I Had my curtains cleaned and some stains came out and one stain did not come out. It was the stain that I wanted cleaned the most. I wasn't notified that it didn't come out, I saw it when I was hanging them up again. I don't know if the stain was missed or if they couldn't get it out. The stain was a water stain from when I tried to wipe off handprints.
