I always call ahead and my order is up and ready for me to grab and leave. Never disappointed in my dry cleaner!
Mixed feelings about this place. Don't go to the 96th street location. I took a dress there for alterations and it was a mess. Had to drive it to the bash location myself in order to get the dress done on time. Manger and alterations at the bash location were amazing and helpful. DON'T go to the 96th street location! Manager is always in her car smoking anyways.
Deanna is awesome! She is very professional and curious. Definetly an asset to your astablishment.

The associate always calls me by name and my cleaning is always ready when promissed.

I had been in once before to see about having a mascot costume cleaned but we did not end up doing it. When I can back several months later, the staff remembered me (and the costume). It really made me feel welcomed and at home! I will be coming back!! Thanks for the great customer service!!
My first experience was excellent. The woman who waited on me was very friendly, helpful, courteous, pleasant, funny, and knowledgeable. I liked my first experience at this cleaners on 62nd Street very much.
