My first experience was excellent. The woman who waited on me was very friendly, helpful, courteous, pleasant, funny, and knowledgeable. I liked my first experience at this cleaners on 62nd Street very much.
Nancy, greeted me as I entered and was warm and friendly. I mentioned this was first time to use Classic Cleaners and I asked if they offered coupons. She explained everything I needed to know. I was concerned about a table cloth, that is a family heirloom, being pressed. Nancy wrote specific instructions and assured me it would be handled with care. I appreciate her professionalism. The items I received on the September 4 exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
