great experience prompt and courteous service
I used your cleaners based on the "weekday special" that you advertised online. I ended up paying considerably more than the 2.99 per shirt (for 9 shirts). Your lack of specificity cost me money, and I would have shopped for a better deal if I was properly informed. Otherwise your service was good.
The service was fantastic! I even got $5 off my next visit! I will definitely be back.
I've been using classic cleaners for years. I recently left a shirt for laundry. when it was returned, the tips of the collars were black. I took it back and was told that the starch on the tips had been scorched. When it was returned the black tips were still present--due this time to "glue that is used in collars." I was very disappointed that an adjustment was not made on the spot--that was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a supervisor to look at the shirt. I found Classic Cleaners after a very basic search on the internet when I became dissatisfied with the service from a previous dry cleaner.
