Gentleman was very nice and respectful. Was my first time there. Took all of my information. Asked what else he could do to help and gave me suggestions.
1st time customer due to moving and Classic Cleaners was most convenient. I went to a great Dry Cleaning company before I moved and loved them, got to know them very well. I will say the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate this quality. The first time I went to drop off some cleaning, I was impressed on how I was treated and again when I picked up. Thank you for making the new experience a good one.

THE STORE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND NICE. THE STORE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING OUR CLOTHES, AND I LOVE THAT I CAN DROP OFF AND PICK UP AT ANY TIME. THERE IS NOW A 48 HOUR PICK UP TIME OR THE CLOTHES ARE NO LONGER LEFT IN THE LOCKER, AND SOMETIMES THAT IS DIFFICULT. BUT BEING ABLE TO DROP OFF AFTER YOU ARE CLOSED AND PICK UP THE SAME IS A GREAT FEATURE.

We use the North Gray Road store. when I pulled up to the store and walked in, your associate already had my order retrieved from the back and hanging ready for me to pick up.
