Actually I don't even think a one star is sufficient I brought in my curtains to be cleaned and pressed five total pieces I pulled out the balance and it was a wrinkled mess so I started ironing it myself and realized that you did not clean or press it to begin with nobody touched the valance you just rolled it it in a bag and send it right back to me. Both ladies I spoke to on my first visit, when I dropped off and when I picked up, were very friendly. The two coats were done the next day and I received an email notification. I was happy with the cleaning and the price was reasonable. I will continue to be a customer.
I am very disappointed. I had two drape panels hemmed and they came out too short. I was very careful in measuring and giving instructions. The price was reasonable, but the product was lacking.

Excellent service. I am first time user of family wash. Great value and time saver. After first visit, now have express drop off and notified by email when done. Very nice and complimentary coffee was added bonus. One tip - fold the wash and wear pants on perma press crease
