Item in question, (1 pair of casual dress slacks). Foriegn material all over, front and back, previous cleaner name not mentioned did a terrible job, and Classiss Cleaners manager on College advised me that north store specialize in spot removal on items. Received item back after 3-4 weeks contemplating if pants not wearable in future, to my surprise pants front and back was cleaned new like brand new. Prices are great & my scarves look fantastic. Ben is a wonderful customer service agent: he is helpful, down to earth, and friendly. I will be a return customer.

I was misled on what the pricing would be. When I spoke to the individual that waited on me and tagged my garments in he would not take any accountability. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I couldn't ask for better customer service at the counter, both dropping off and picking up. I would rate the cleaners five stars if the stain on my coverlet had completely come out, but since I failed to mark it or bring it to the attention of the person at the counter, I bear some responsibility for that. I loved the way it was returned in a plastic zip case to protect it till I use it again on the bed in the summer.
