A gentleman I dealt with was a true professional the place was clean and the items came back in great condition. However I have never taken my Columbia shirts anywhere in the country and paid more than $4.50 per shirt and I was charged eight dollars per shirt. I was also charged eight dollars per pair of pants. That is somewhat within reason however when you have nine items and your bill is $75 I personally felt that that was way too much. Too many emails!
Most expensive cleaners I've ever been to even with the Wednesday discount. Won't come back at those prices.
Employees very courteous and efficient. Store very clean. I would have liked an itemized bill.
Friendly Staff but a little on the pricey side.
Customer service is excellent. The quality of the cleaning was not as good. I had a spot on a suit coat that I pointed out, and it was still there when I got the jacket back without any explanation or apology.
Wonderful customer service experience -- called twice on the phone before coming in and received cheerful, accurate information. Suit & shirt were done when promised and in perfect condition. Will definitely be back for alterations and further dry cleaning needs.
Ben was great in helping me when I delivered my laundry. When I picked it up, the man (sorry I don't know his name), was also great. Laundry was fine, except that only one of my two pillow cases was returned. They are red and orange polka dots on a white background. I hope you can track it down and return it to me? Thank you.
