First time customer as just moved to Broad Ripple. Great customer service and shirts and pants looked perfect. Will be returning often.
My dress no longer has the stains, but the tag gun that was used punched massive holes into the lining of my $200 dress. Why wasn't the tag of the dress used??? The wholes could seriously compromise the integrity of the fabric.
Store Manager Michael was very helpful and runs a very clean, organized, respectable business. You get what you pay for here: quality service in a timely fashion.

I thought it would be a good experience but I dropped my jacket off to be cleaned. I was supposed to get it back the next day which was Friday. They called me the day of and said I couldn't get it back until monday. I was upset because it was a cold weekend and I didn't have my jacket.
Coats came back smelling fresh and looked like new. Ben was very friendly and professional. Thanks for a great experience!
