Your pricing is deceptive: I brought a coupon to your establishment (yup - coupons still work). The price on the coupon was $2.59 for dress shirts. I was charged $3.30 each for my eleven shirts. I mentioned the coupon when I dropped off the shirts and I mentioned it again when I picked them up as the bill was higher than I'd expected. There was no explanation for the price difference. Ridiculously overpriced. Will not return.
They ruined a shirt. Did NOT read directions customer service rep put in the instructions. Shirt was not cheap. Will NOT recommend Classic Cleaners! You have lost a customer.
When I dropped off my items on 4/23, I asked how much my items might cost to clean and I was quoted $8. When I went to pick up the items on 4/26, I was charged $30 instead of the $8 I had expected. Had I known it would cost me $30 to clean, I probably wouldn't have chosen to get it cleaned. Additionally, there is a charge for designer items which was NOT disclosed to me when I dropped off that item either. I will likely go elsewhere next time I need any dry cleaning done.

It's was a pretty good experience. I did have a tie that it appears someone was careless or in a hurry when pressing it because it is now out of shape and lopsided that I will be returning to have redone. But other than that it was good overall.
