I had a couple stains I was worried about...and they're all gone! Not a trace!
This was my first time using Classic Cleaners as I have recently moved into the neighborhood. Customer Service was very good and pleased with the timeliness of my dry cleaning.

I told the attendant when I dropped off my down comforter that I wanted to use my $10 off coupon and she said I have to redeem it on the app and it would be applied when I picked it up. When I picked it up, the very same person told me I had to redeem it at drop off. So I ended up paying over $40 for the cleaning. I should have just bought a new one instead and saved the money.

I needed 1 tie pressed. Got it back and every wrinkle was still there... did you even press it? In the end, had to iron it on my own for the event.
