I am ver y happy with the Service that i got. I just came back from a trip to China, Akron is a second stop before getting home in Guadalajara Mexico. So, when I asked if I can have my clothes next day, the lady told me that even though they take normally two days, they will get my clothes the within one day. The next day, I received an e-mail staying that my laundry was ready, two hour before the target time !! That is a real focus on customer service !! Thanks

The employees are always so kind and friendly and call me by name. I'm always amazed when they recognize me! My Coach purse looks brand new even though I spilled my coffee inside it and had pen on it. Thank you!
I am very pleased with both the wonderful, friendly service and how wonderful my clothes cleaned. I procrastinate so my winter coats were ready for a good cleaning and that is what they received....they did a wonderful job!

The clerk was fantastic when I dropped off. I am very noticeably pregnant (due any day) and she was sweet to,offer to let me use the restroom. When I picked up, another girl used my name several times throughout the interaction. Both girls seemed genuine and I think they enjoy working for your company!
