Tricia waited on me. She was polite and friendly as usual. She knew my name and that my cc is on file and marked my "rewards" card in the drawer without me having to ask. She is typical of all the employees at this location and those folks are what keeps us loyal to City Cleaners!

I visit your store at least once a week and I have found your staff have always been polite and friendly, even at 7:00AM! . They always indicate when my order will be ready. I have never had a problem with the quality of the cleaning.
City Cleaners goes out of it's way to deliver my laundry the way I want. And even on occasion, walking past my dog that may be let in the back yard. Courteous service, great drivers. I never consider going anywhere else.
Two sweaters that needed special attention and cleaning were recently sent to City Cleaners with tags attached with directions for their care. City Cleaners did exactly what they needed and I am very pleased. I have been a customer of City Cleaners for many years with absolutely no cause for complaint and have always found them attentive and cooperative
