I had a rather difficult repair and they were absolutely wonderful! They called and let me know the progress. I also had another repair that came back and they were not satisfied with the hem so they sent it back to be re-hemmed, all on their own initiative and without cost to me. I find them very customer service oriented, they get your items to you when they say they do and they always give service with a smile!
Great experience, very fast and easy! They do an exceptional job and are very affordable.

We moved our business to City Cleaners several years ago from another local dry cleaner. It was the best move we could have made. The work is highly professional and each piece is obviously handled with great care and comes back to us professionally cleaned, pressed and wrapped. Our previous cleaner would balk if we needed our clothes back before their regular schedule. I just dropped items off to be cleaned. After I get them cleaned would be a good time to review. The front desk person was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
City Cleaners is Akron's best dry cleaner. They are courteous, reliable and prompt--our clothes always look terrific. My driver is very nice and always careful with my weekly order. I trust City Cleaners completely. Clothes are expensive--why go to any dry cleaner when you can take them to the best??
I'm very pleased with the service they provide, especially pick and drop off. That part is great. Also pleased that I had a stain in a shirt and they were able to remove it when I couldn't.
