Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is convenient. Seems a little expensive though.

City Cleaners has always been very efficient, honest, and helpful. When I have questions about my bill they respond quickly and even give me a full detailed bill so I can see my charges and coupons. They have even returned a $20 bill that was in my husband's pants that we didn't even know about. The delivery man is quick and even works around our construction to figure out how to leave the clothes where they are covered.
Friendly and courteous service. Helpful in getting on you system. Helpful in making me aware of coupons. One day turnaround service is awesome.

I am ver y happy with the Service that i got. I just came back from a trip to China, Akron is a second stop before getting home in Guadalajara Mexico. So, when I asked if I can have my clothes next day, the lady told me that even though they take normally two days, they will get my clothes the within one day. The next day, I received an e-mail staying that my laundry was ready, two hour before the target time !! That is a real focus on customer service !! Thanks
I love your service! Your staff at the Hartville branch are some if the nicest and most efficient people I know. My order is always ready and correct, they always greet me and are pleasant. I love this place!
