Friendly and helpful customer service for dropping off and picking up my order. The email notice was helpful and the drive thru service was soooo convenient.
The clerk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my Persian rug. She called me with the price to clean the rug within a day after I dropped it off. We recommend the cleaners to everyone I know
service reps very pleasant prompt and efficient price seems high for two sport coats and 1 ladies suit total 30.96 or 7.75 per piece...i'll admit not using commercial services last few years most dry clean onlys done at home with dry clean dryer kts and stopped doing shirts due to cost$
We are very happy with City Cleaners service. The staff is friendly and accommodating. With two locations, rush orders are no problem. The quality of the cleaning has been excellent. We haven't used the new door-to-door service yet, but plan to in the near future.
I have been very pleased with the service and quality of cleaning of all of my items. I have sent rugs, bedding, and clothing. I have had no problems with pick-up or delivery, other than me forgetting to sit it out!
As always, our order was on time & perfect!
We are so happy that we switched to City Cleaners a few years ago! Our clothing looks beautiful and the home pick-up is so convenient and they are so accommodating when we have special requests.
Staff was courteous and attentive. They didn't write on my clothing or leave annoying tracking tags pinned to the collar. Nit the cheapest cleaners, but the best I've found in the area.
My first time walking into City Cleaners. I was greeted very politely. The staff member I talked with was very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Love it!
